For our shipping rates on other bicycle types, please consult the following price tiers:

We do reserve the right to cancel orders if the shipping cost is prohibitively expensive. We will first reach out to you to inform you and give the opportunity to pay the shipping cost difference, however shipping to very remote locations can be extremely expensive for certain bicycles. We thank you for your understanding on this matter.
To enquire about shipping costs to the USA, please contact us by email or phone to discuss this option. We are able to ship across the border, however due to the elevated costs of international shipping this will be done on a case-by-case basis.
SHIPPING SAFETY
We do everything possible to ensure safe transportation of our bicycles. All bicycles will be built and safety checked by our trained mechanics. Upon receipt of the bike you will find that your bicycle has been disassembled for shipping and will require installation and adjustment of several major components, including (but not limited to) the dropper post, front brake caliper and adapter, handlebars and front wheel. We recommend assembly and adjustment by a qualified mechanic before riding to ensure safe installation. We cannot take responsibility for improper installation or assembly of the bicycle once it has left our shop.
Additionally, upon delivery every bicycle box will require a signature. It is necessary that you unbox and check for damage sustained in transit before signing for the bike, while the driver is still there. The bike has been insured for transit but in the event that it has been damaged and requires an insurance claim, this will make it much easier for us to process.
